Chess club purpose is to help students learn, appreciate, and play chess to increase students' problem solving skills.

Every first Friday of each month we meet during Mustang Morning to complete a chess lesson that teaches chess strategy.

Every second Wednesday after school we meet from 2:15-3:15 p.m. to provide students an opportunity to put their skills to the test in an in-house tournament.

We meet the second Wednesday of each month after school for one to one-and-a-half hours

Sign-ups for chess club is during the first nine weeks via a Google link provided by Mustang Morning teachers. If you miss the sign up and are interested in joining, please email Mr. King.
